Career Goals/Education Plans

My career goals are to finish obtaining my Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and then continue on to obtain my Master of Science Degree in Nursing Education. As a recent nursing graduate and current working registered nurse, I feel there is some disconnect between what is taught in nursing school and what actually happens in nursing practice. I want to continue my scholastic career and focus on nursing education so that I can ultimately teach nursing at the university level.
